About South Vista Communities
- South Vista Communities (SVC) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, incorporated in 2006 to be an advocate for a better living and working environment for all residents in the 23 neighborhoods south of the 78 Freeway.
- SVC provides information and public forums regarding issues and proposals which may affect our communities.
- SVC works with the City of Vista and other governing bodies to help find constructive solutions for problems or issues as they are identified.
- SVC sponsors programs and events such as clean-ups to improve and beautify our community – You are invited to volunteer.

SVC Mission Statement
The purpose of this advocacy organization is to maintain
and improve the quality of life for all South Vista residents.
The mission will be achieved in the following ways:
- Providing a forum for individuals and other entities who become aware of problems and issues not resolved through traditional channels.
- Working with individuals and others to develop solutions to these issues, bringing the strength and reputation of South Vista Communities to resolve the problems.
- Providing a commitment to follow up on issues until they are resolved.
