The Rotary Club of Vista is hosting a luncheon meeting on the preliminary plans for Green Oak Ranch by Solutions for Change, and their successful model for crushing the churn of poverty and dependency … the root causes of family homelessness. Chris Megison, CEO and Founder of Solutions for Change will provide important information on the future use of the property, its impact on the surrounding neighborhoods, and will take questions from the audience.
City representatives will also attend and be available for questions.
