Make Shadowridge Sparkle is a group founded in March of 2021. After viewing multiple threads on the NextDoor App about the growing concern over litter and debris left behind by our unsheltered population, the founders felt more needed to be done. Rather than focus on the things they can’t control, they decided to form a group that would focus on what can be controlled.
Make Shadowridge Sparkle is a citizen led effort to help keep our roads, waterways, parks, and community clear of litter and trash. To date they have conducted around a dozen clean ups, mostly focused on the areas near Sycamore and Shadowridge.
